6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Out of stock items are usually a temporary situation. We do not restock seasonal items once a holiday has passed. The SUPER SAVER DISCOUNTS, clearance, closeouts, discontinued, seasonal party supplies will NOT be RESTOCKED and are NON-RETURNABLE. Order these with the thought they might not be available tomorrow.
If we have a question with your order, we will hold shipment until you can be contacted. If any items you order are currently out of stock, you will be notified.
7. COUPON CODES
Coupon codes are submitted on the shopping cart page. If you received a promotional coupon code from Super Birthday Supply, simply follow these easy steps.

8. SALES TAX
The sales Tax is calculated based on various options set by your merchant. This could be based on the Tax component, Jurisdiction, Tax rules or on tax calculated on customer class, product, document rate etc.
The taxes on your order depend on the tax zone that you belong to. You must select the tax zone that your billing address falls in for this purpose.
9. CHECKOUT
If you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button. Enter Customer Information. The CHECKOUT page will list your selected items and sales tax. Next,use the UPS Shipping Estimator to compare and select Shipping Methods. Enter Shipping Address to this page. Select the SHIPPING and PAYMENT METHOD that will deliver merchandise to you in time for the party, even if that means Next Day Delivery and a Credit Card. Shipping charges are then added to the merchandise total before any promotional coupon code discounts are applied. As a final step, select your Payment Method. Enter your Billing Information. If credit card is used, enter your Card Information and Billing Address.
Fraud protection warning: Orders will be processed only if the address provided for this credit card matches the billing address of the card.
At this point, you can make any changes necessary. Once you're satisfied with your order, click the I AGREE and NEXT buttons to proceed to the Verify Page. Verify your Order, Email, Billing and Shipping Addresses. Click SUBMIT button to complete order. Please note: Once you click SUBMIT button your order is completed and modifications and cancellations are no longer possible. Your Order is COMPLETED. 10. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you have completed your order, you will receive an Email Order Confirmation with your Order Number for future reference. When your order has shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with tracking number. Please print these Emails for your records and future reference.

11. 30 Day PRODUCT SATISFACTION
We want YOU to be happy with your products. We will gladly accept returns to our Grayslake, Illinois warehouse within Thirty (30) days from your original delivery. See Return Instructions under Policies.

1. SHIPPING DATES
We will make every effort to ship NEXT
Day Air, 2-DAY, 3-DAY and US POSTAL Priority Mail orders TODAY if they are
placed BEFORE 10:00 AM Eastern EST on weekdays, Monday thru Friday.
Allow 1 processing day + business delivery days. If it is AFTER 10:00 A.M.
EST, order will ship next business day (Monday thru Friday). Allow 2
processing days + business delivery days. Please note that a business/shipping
day does not include weekends(Saturday/Sunday/Holidays).
If today is a FRIDAY next available business/shipping day is Monday. If your party is within 5 business DAYS, use AIR and a Credit Card. For fast cheaper than AIR pinata delivery use UPS Guaranteed Ground 2-6 days.
Carefully view the Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates below. Use the Delivery and Payment Methods that will deliver your order in time for the party, even if that means Next Day Air and Credit Card. If TIME is NOT CRITICAL, try different Shipping Methods for best cost. For small items under 3 lbs. US Postal can cost less.

US POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL All
Military APO, FPO, Post Office Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, will be shipped via the
US Postal Service Priority Mail . Sorry, NO international shipping. Allow
2-14 business days for delivery -NO USPS GUARANTEE or insurance.
3. AIR SHIPPING
If you need your order quicker than UPS ground, we can
ship UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select provided your
order is received by 10:00 am EST These are premium services and all
shipping charges will be applied to the order and ship TODAY.
4. SHIPPING SUGGESTIONS:
Suggestions for lower expedited shipping charges: UPS
"Guaranteed Ground" We offer a new service called "UPS
Guaranteed Ground". Orders placed before 10:00 am Central Standard Time
(Chicago area) will be shipped on the same day the order is placed. Ground
delivery is made by UPS and usually delivers within 2-6 business days (east
coast 3-4 days, west coast 5-6 days). There is a $.99 Expedited SURCHARGE for
this service in ADDITION to the regular UPS Ground charge. This is a great
service that avoids the high cost of air shipping. This is our recommended
service when you need a pinata...fast. Air charges for pinatas are extremely
high because of the size of the package.

Another quick service is via USPS Priority Mail. This is also a good service but...it is not guaranteed. Heavier packages could cost more than UPS Ground. Ship time is generally 2-6 days...we will ship your package within 24 hours but it is NOT guaranteed by USPS (they could take longer than 2-6 days).
5. SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping charges are based upon the box size, packing materials, weight of the package, warehouse handling, UPS insurance, shipping and tracking fees as well as distance from Grayslake, Illinois 60030 area.
The UPS Shipping Estimator at Checkout allows you to apply different levels of UPS shipping services to your merchandise total based on delivery time. It will
estimate the cost. A price range estimate is made for US Postal Priority Mail.
Please realize that this is an estimate only. Charges could be impacted both
up or down based upon variables mentioned above. Please be assured that our
warehouse does it's best to economize the shipping without sacrificing
service. Choose the delivery service and payment method that will deliver your
merchandise in time for the party, even if that means Next Day Delivery and a
credit card. Shipping Charges are calculated during checkout based on your
merchandise total before promotional or coupon code discounts are applied.
6. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
When your order has shipped, you will receive an Email Shipping Confirmation with a tracking number.
7. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
With the tracking number you will be able to check
the status of your delivery. To track the shipment, you must go to the web

* 1. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is complete it can not be cancelled.
Take your time and double check your order to avoid problems. Make sure you have entered a correct billing address, shipping address and email address.
Since orders start processing immediately and shipping is begun in many instances within 24 hours or less, it becomes very difficult to stop the process. There are no guarantees that we can cancel the order before it is shipped. Email us, just click:

Supply the name of the person who placed the order, our order number, name of person it is shipped to and a description of items orders.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are still responsible for the costs associated with shipping it.
Refusing to accept the delivery of your order does NOT constitute a cancellation of that order. You are still responsible for all costs associated with shipping the order to you.
* 2. DAMAGED DELIVERY PACKAGE
If you receive a Damaged PACKAGE, you MUST ask the driver to make note of the damage. Ask for drivers name and note date of delivery.
If the package was left, contact your local Post Office if it was by US Priority Mail or UPS at 1-800 Pickups.
* 3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT PRODUCT

2) We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order about a Defective, Damaged Product, otherwise, the sale will be rendered * FINAL SALE.
3) Customer is obligated for return of defective product per Super Birthday Supply policies. Products which are claimed to be Damaged or Defective and request substitution (if you received the Incorrect Product) MUST be issued a * RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and follow return instructions by Super Birthday Supply. Returns received without correct Return Authorization Number will NOT be accepted.
4) Returnable products which are defective or damaged will be substituted, replaced, or a full refund at our discretion which is usually dictated by availability.

* 6. RETURN DEADLINE
ALL RETURNS MUST be received by our Returns Department in Grayslake, Illinois no later than Thirty (30) days from your original delivery. Please allow at least 10 days for your return delivery to reach us.
* 7. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Wrap the package securely.
2) Product must be in it's original packaging, unopened (with no exceptions).
3) All Returned Merchandise MUST have a Return Authorization (RMA) Number issued by Customer Service or it will NOT be accepted. Mark the RMA number on the package next to the label.
4) Include the packing slip. Let us know which items you are returning and the reason for return.
5) Be sure we have your name, address, phone number and email address. Please add any missing information so that we can properly credit your account.

Items that are NOT RETURNABLE are: SUPER SAVER DISCOUNTS, CLEARANCE, CLOSEOUTS,DISCONTINUED, SEASONAL i.e. (New years, Christmas, Halloween, Graduation, Mardi Gras, Easter ETC.) Catering products i.e. (Trays, punch bowls, steam plan ETC) Wearable Items i.e. (Leis, Hats, Vests). Edible cake decorations, edibles, and candy (Health Laws). All custom or personalized items such as Banners are NOT RETURNABLE.
* 9. RESTOCKING FEE
A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL purchases. Please take care in your ordering selection to insure that all information is correct. Double check your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping. The refund that you will receive is for merchandise less 20% restocking fee.
* 10. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping charges for merchandise which is shipped back to us, due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer) will still be billed to your credit card.
