Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

* 1. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is complete it can not be cancelled.
Take your time and double check your order to avoid problems. Make sure you have entered a correct billing address, shipping address and email address.
Since orders start processing immediately and shipping is begun in many instances within 24 hours or less, it becomes very difficult to stop the process. There are no guarantees that we can cancel the order before it is shipped. Email us, just click:

Supply the name of the person who placed the order, our order number, name of person it is shipped to and a description of items orders.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are still responsible for the costs associated with shipping it.
Refusing to accept the delivery of your order does NOT constitute a cancellation of that order. You are still responsible for all costs associated with shipping the order to you.
* 2. DAMAGED DELIVERY PACKAGE
If you receive a Damaged PACKAGE, you MUST ask the driver to make note of the damage. Ask for drivers name and note date of delivery.
If the package was left, contact your local Post Office if it was by US Priority Mail or UPS at 1-800 Pickups.
* 3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT PRODUCT
1) If you received a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product, e-mail us with YOUR ORDER NUMBER the * SAME DAY of delivery and request instructions at: Just click!

2) We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order about a Defective, Damaged Product, otherwise, the sale will be rendered * FINAL SALE.
3) Customer is obligated for return of defective product per Super Birthday Supply policies. Products which are claimed to be Damaged or Defective and request substitution (if you received the Incorrect Product) MUST be issued a * RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and follow return instructions by Super Birthday Supply. Returns received without correct Return Authorization Number will NOT be accepted.
4) Returnable products which are defective or damaged will be substituted, replaced, or a full refund at our discretion which is usually dictated by availability.
* 4. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If you have not received an Email Order Confirmation or an Email Shipping Confirmation, or if there is an unusual delay in shipment, or if your information is incorrect please email us with YOUR ORDER NUMBER at: Just click!

* 5. RETURN POLICY:ALL RETURNS MUST be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER RNA or it will NOT BE ACCEPTED. This includes DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT. It MUST be received NO LATER than Thirty (30) days from delivery
Before returning any items please email us to request a RETURN AUTORIZATION NUMBER and to ensure we have all necessary information to credit your account when the merchandise is received.

* 6. RETURN DEADLINE
ALL RETURNS MUST be received by our Returns Department in Grayslake, Illinois no later than Thirty (30) days from your original delivery. Please allow at least 10 days for your return delivery to reach us.
* 7. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Wrap the package securely.
2) Product must be in it's original packaging, unopened (with no exceptions).
3) All Returned Merchandise MUST have a Return Authorization (RMA) Number issued by Customer Service or it will NOT be accepted. Mark the RMA number on the package next to the label.
4) Include the packing slip. Let us know which items you are returning and the reason for return.
5) Be sure we have your name, address, phone number and email address. Please add any missing information so that we can properly credit your account.
6) For your protection, please send your package via UPS or insured Parcel Post. This protects you if your return package is damaged or lost. Email us at: Just click!

* 8. NON-RETURNABLES
Items that are NOT RETURNABLE are: SUPER SAVER DISCOUNTS, CLEARANCE, CLOSEOUTS,DISCONTINUED, SEASONAL i.e. (New years, Christmas, Halloween, Graduation, Mardi Gras, Easter ETC.) Catering products i.e. (Trays, punch bowls, steam plan ETC) Wearable Items i.e. (Leis, Hats, Vests). Edible cake decorations, edibles, and candy (Health Laws). All custom or personalized items such as Banners are NOT RETURNABLE.
* 9. RESTOCKING FEE
A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL purchases. Please take care in your ordering selection to insure that all information is correct. Double check your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping. The refund that you will receive is for merchandise less 20% restocking fee.
* 10. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping charges for merchandise which is shipped back to us, due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer) will still be billed to your credit card.
